Billing and Item Renewal (How to manually renew items)

Occasionally, you may wish to renew Sitelutions items manually. 

If the system attempted to auto-renew your items and for some reason, auto-renewal failed, you may have received a message stating "Sitelutions Item Renewal FAILED" via e-mail.  In this case, we do recommend that you manually renew your items.

Below is some information on how to manually renew your items:


To renew a domain name manually, go to the Domain Control Center, then click the domain name that you'd like to renew.  Next click "Renew/Extend Registration Now," a link located toward the bottom right of the screen.  Next, choose a renewal term -- the number of years for which you wish to renew, and click "Add to Cart."  This will take you to your shopping cart, where you may check out and place your order.  If you need to renew other domains, go back to the Domain Control Center and repeat this process.

 

To renew a hosting account manually, go to the Sitelutions Space Control Center, and click "Click here to RENEW this account" next to the "Renew Now Manually" text for the appropriate hosting account.  Select the renewal term/period, then click "Add to Cart."  This will take you to your shopping cart, where you may check out and place your order.  If you need to renew other domains, go back to the Sitelutions Space Control Center and repeat this process.
