Sitelutions offers a 14-day money-back guarantee applicable to Hosting & Backup Mail Services.

Sitelutions cannot offer a refund on these items:

  • Domain Registrations
  • Domain Registration "Mistakes" such as accidentally registering a misspelled or wrong name.
  • Domain Transfers that have completed or are still pending
  • Domain Transfers which have failed but have not been tried to re-initiate at least 5 times.

Please understand that we cannot issue refunds on these items because we incur costs for each and every item sold. Our profit margins are extremely low for these items meaning we'd lose a good deal of money.
